QWC in practice according to Céline, HR at 1+1=3

Just this morning, one of your HR acquaintances was extolling the virtues of QVCT. This is a term you already heard about yesterday on social networks, and last week in your circle of friends.

But what is this new obsession? You probably don't have the time, or the inclination, to embark on such an obviously complicated process.

But at the same time, it's said to bring you a whole host of solutions: talent retention, recruitment, less sick leave. Okay, but do we really have any proof that it works?

Bingo, you've come to the right place: Céline, Human Resources Manager at 1+1=3, has been working with us on QHCT, and shares her experience with us!

What is the purpose of a QVCT approach?

1+1=3 Votre Assistante is a telephone secretarial team for business, healthcare and legal professionals. Tele-secretaries are therefore confronted throughout the day with a multitude of customers and patients, who can sometimes be unhappy or impatient. The result: a not inconsiderable impact on employees' health.

Beyond that, for Marie-Paule, the company's founder, it was a matter of course to look after the well-being of her employees right from the start. And when they launched their CSR approach, the social aspect was never put aside! QVCT was therefore a natural choice for the company, which decided to join forces with Moha.

How do you go about improving quality of life at work?

You may be wondering whether embarking on a QHCT process requires a lot of effort, time and change. So we asked Céline how things went at 1+1=3.

"We began by making the Moha app available to female employees, enabling everyone to take stock of their physical, mental and relational health, and to access personalized content." The employees themselves had the autonomy to use the application as they wished, and the feedback was satisfactory!

But after a while, 1+1=3 decided to go even further, by acting on the QVCT. For this, it was obvious for them to be accompanied by Moha. "I use the platform on a daily basis, and the support of our Wellness Manager is essential to managing our approach. We discuss and come up with ideas together, which is a lot more efficient than sitting alone in front of your computer. I think we're losing that human touch a lot these days, and I'm glad to find it again at Moha".

What are the benefits now that QVCT has become an integral part of the company?

Recruitment made easy!

One of the most striking aspects is undoubtedly recruitment. "Now I often receive unsolicited applications, even when I'm not looking to recruit. The company's influence is felt externally, and the employees themselves recommend their workplace because they feel good there.

"It's incredible for a company today to have no recruitment difficulties at all," says Céline, and we agree that this point is far from negligible. The employer brand is really enhanced when you have a good quality of life at work, and we feel it at 1+1=3.

We know where we're going and why!

What's changed with the support we've received is that we're not going ahead blindly, and that we know where the process is heading. The questionnaires sent out to employees really help us to identify areas for improvement, and to implement appropriate actions. The platform gives us access to quantified data, which is invaluable for taking action. We have an overall QHV score, as well as a score by dimension (social relations, working conditions, managerial practices, etc.). We know where we need to focus if we are to have an approach that really makes sense and has an impact.

"For example, thanks to the figures, we were able to see that female employees were not at the top of their physical health. So we set up an internal challenge to increase the number of steps taken.

You can feel it!

Our employees say it: they feel good at 1+1=3! Many of them even recommend the company to friends and family, hence the number of unsolicited job applications, no doubt linked to the sense of well-being that radiates from the company! You can even feel it at the end-of-year interviews: "During the annual interviews, none of them asked me for a raise!" Céline told us. Which seems to confirm that they feel good where they are.

In a nutshell:

  • It's easy to set up, and has many advantages!
  • Easier recruitment and an enhanced employer brand
  • Essential data to guide the process
  • This support is more than welcome, to help you manage your QVCT as effectively as possible.

We can also help you, and we'll adapt to your every need. We challenge you to come up with a QVCT situation where we can't help! Shall we talk?

Many thanks to Céline for taking the time to give us her feedback!
