1+1=3, Votre Assistante is a telephone secretarial team for business, healthcare and legal professionals. Tele-secretaries are therefore confronted throughout the day with a multitude of customers and patients, who can sometimes be unhappy or impatient. The result: a not inconsiderable impact on employees' health.
For Marie-Paule, the company's founder, it has always been essential to ensure the well-being of her employees right from the start. When the CSR initiative was launched, QVCT came naturally to the company.
In 2022, we deployed the Moha application at 1+1=3, Votre Assistante . Thanks to a daily health and wellbeing questionnaire, we were able to monitor and measure the physical, mental and relational health of our teams, enabling us to identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate actions: 1 workshop on positive thinking and 1 workshop on emotional management.
Moha suggested first of allassessing the situation before embarking on a real QVCT approach: know where you are, so you know where you're going! This began with a briefing with the teams, and an assessment of the QWC strategy at the outset. The employees were then brought into the loop, with an awareness-raising exercise conducted by the Wellness Manager and an internal survey.
We even went a step further with a collaborative "Objectif Mieux-être" workshop to identify areas for improvement, strengths and avenues for development, with volunteer employees.
With all this in hand, we analyzed the results and were able to propose a suitable action plan to 1+1=3, Votre Assitante.
Having identified women's physical health as the area to work on, we went a step further and determined a level of stress and stimulation at work considered to be average, requiring at the very least raising women's awareness and providing them with best practices for managing stress at work.
At the beginning of this year, 1+1=3, Votre Assistante became a company with a mission. Obtaining the Happeople Label became an objective, which was quickly met thanks to our support.
We therefore supported them in their certification to qualify for the label's criteria (QVCT score, health and well-being score, eNPS and social climate). Then, once certified, we sent them an internal and external communication kit to showcase their commitments!
