QWC has always been a priority for Allistic, but the company wanted to improve its approach, in particular to meet the challenges of employee involvement, and to improve well-being in the workplace. Prior to Moha's support, Allistic had no HR indicators to guide its strategy, and the teams were spread very thinly, which made it difficult to get them involved.
First and foremost, Moha set up an assessment of the situation thanks to its auditing tools and human support. We began with a briefing with the decision-making team, and an assessment of the QVCT strategy at the outset.
We also included employees in an awareness-raising session with the Wellness Manager, as well as an internal survey using our scientifically validated questionnaires.
Volunteer employees also took part in a collaborative "Objectif Mieux-être" workshop to identify areas for improvement, strengths and avenues for development.
With all this, we analyzed the results and were able to propose a suitable action plan to Allistic.
Based on the data gathered during the analysis phase, the Wellness Manager proposed an action plan to meet their needs and challenges. The recommended actions included internal transformation initiatives, such as the drafting of charters, as well as training and coaching.
Moha took care of the organization from A to Z, and assessed the impact of each action to ensure continuous improvement.
Allistic turned to the Happeople label to retain its talent and highlight its commitments. We helped them develop their approach so as to be eligible for the label's 4 criteria (QVCT score, social climate, well-being and health, and eNPS).
Following certification, we provided Allistic with internal and external communication kits to raise the profile of its approach.
