Domaine de la Rivière

Building a QHCT approach to reduce turnover and involve employees

Domaine de la Rivière wanted to implement a QVCT approach to meet a number of challenges: reducing absenteeism and turnover, increasing employee motivation, and facilitating the recruitment of future talent. Apart from a few rituals, Domaine de la Rivière had no defined strategy and no measurement indicators.

Objectives defined to meet the challenges of the Domaine de la rivière

  • Engaging employees and involving them in their work
  • Encouraging communication to promote solidarity and benevolence
  • Review managerial practices to avoid absenteeism and turnover
  • Improving the meaning of work and corporate culture

Moha's proposal: a 2-stage solution

Obtain key indicators to guide the process

Moha's first recommendation was to measure the Domaine de la rivière's initial situation in order to determine the impact of their actions and assess their level of QVCT experience. The briefing meeting and evaluation of the QVCT approach has already helped to guide the next steps.

To take stock of the situation, the involvement of our employees was crucial: we offered them an awareness-raising session with the Wellness Manager, as well as an internal survey, using our scientifically validated questionnaires.

With all this, we analyzed the results and were able to propose a suitable action plan to the Domaine de la rivière.

Key results right from the start

An action plan to structure the QVCT

Based on the data gathered during the analysis phase, the Wellness Manager identified the needs and priority actions to be implemented**.** We proposed an action plan to build a stable, orderly approach to better meet the needs identified.

Based on the scores obtained from the questionnaires, we proposed appropriate actions to improve employee health.

  • Objectif Mieux-être" workshop
  • Stress and anxiety management workshop
  • Workshop on non-violent communication

Moha will take care of the organization from A to Z, and will assess the impact of each action to ensure continuous improvement.

The action plan is currently being implemented at Domaine de la Rivière, and we'll be bringing you the results soon!
