EuraTechnologies

Create a collective emulation around a growing team

At EuraTechnologies, well-being in the workplace has long been a topic. However, each team has its own rituals and processes, and new employees have recently joined the company. EuraTechnologies is therefore keen to develop real cohesion and a shared corporate culture. Prior to Moha's support, EuraTechnologies had already implemented well-being initiatives and conducted surveys, but had no overall vision for its QHCT strategy.

A clear vision and objectives

  • Obtain a global and objective indicator of their QWL
  • Implementing a structured QVCT approach
  • Supporting employee health and reducing sources of stress
  • Clarify internal work organization processes
  • Développer leur marque employeur et leur culture d’entreprise

Moha's proposal: a 2-stage solution

Measuring the company's situation: the basis for a solid approach

First and foremost, Moha set up an assessment of the situation thanks to its auditing tools and human support. We began with a briefing with the decision-making team, and an assessment of the QVCT strategy at the outset.

We also engaged employees through an awareness-raising session with the Wellness Manager, as well as an internal survey using our scientifically validated questionnaires.

Volunteer employees also took part in a collaborative "Objectif Mieux-être" workshop to identify areas for improvement, strengths and avenues for development, with the aim of sustainably improving their working conditions.

With all this, we analyzed the results and were able to offer EuraTechnologies a report on QWL, well-being and their E-NPS, which enabled us to draw up an improvement plan tailored to the risks and issues identified.

An approach co-created with Moha

Based on the data gathered during the analysis phase, the Wellness Manager proposed an action plan to meet their needs and challenges. QWL Week was an opportunity to offer multiple workshops to employees, with one action per day throughout the week.

  • Faut que ça bouge" workshop on good physical activity practices
  • Stress and anxiety management workshop
  • Conference on Non-Violent Communication
  • Self-esteem and self-confidence training
  • Objectif Mieux-Être" workshop

Moha took care of the organization from A to Z**, and assessed the impact of each action to ensure continuous improvement.

A successful QVCT week!

More actions to come

Aware that QWL is a real long-term approach, the EuraTechnologies teams have already planned other actions with the Moha team for the coming months: a muscular awakening workshop in September, a time and priority management workshop in October, another on letting go in November... To be continued, then!
