Dune Énergie is a hyper-growth company, needing to recruit rapidly to keep up with business volumes, while developing working conditions conducive to its attractiveness,talent retention, well-being and therefore performance.
First and foremost, Moha suggestedassessing the situation before taking the plunge: know where you are, so you know where you're going! This began with a briefing with the teams and an assessment of the QVCT strategy at the outset. Employees were then brought into the loop, with an awareness-raising exercise conducted by the Wellness Manager, and an internal survey.
We even went a step further with a collaborative "Objectif Mieux-être" workshop to identify areas for improvement, strengths and avenues for development, with volunteer employees.
With all this in hand, we analyzed the results and were able to propose a suitable action plan to Dune Energie.
The data gathered during the analysis phase enabled the Wellness Manager to propose an action plan to Dune Energie that met their needs and challenges. Recommended actions included internal transformation, such as the drafting of charters, as well as training and coaching.
Moha took care of the organization from A to Z, and assessed the impact of each action to ensure continuous improvement.

We supported the company through the certification process, enabling it to qualify for the label's criteria (QVCT score, health and well-being score, eNPS and social climate). Then, once certified, we sent them an internal and external communication kit to showcase their commitments!
