Our QVCT support at Moha

As you know : Moha can help you improve the Quality of Life and Working Conditions in your company. But do you know, in concrete terms, how we go about it?

We'll tell you all about our method, to find out how we can work together on your approach.

All steps are essential for a good QVCT strategy!

At Moha, we don't rush headlong into things: we take the time to do things right. And you'll see, that changes everything! Let's (re)see together how our accompaniment works?

Diagnosis and strategy

If you already know your employees well, or ifa need has already been identified, you can decide to set up actions to improve their well-being. Workshops on stress management, physical and sports activities...

On the other hand, if you really want to see an impact on your employees' health and your company's QHCT, we advise you to interview them beforehand, so that you can be right on target with the actions you put in place.

Because at a medical appointment, the doctor rarely prescribes before taking the time to examine you...

So before launching into blind actions, we start by laying solid foundations.

The diagnostic phase is therefore essential to your approach, and we'll support you from the outset.

To get you started, we suggest a meeting with your Wellness Manager (at your company or remotely), to take stock of your situation, define your QHCT level and your objectives for progress.

In fact, for the more impatient among you, you can already determine your QVCT level by taking this questionnaire. It's a useful first impression of where you stand.

Employee involvement

Because they'll soon be involved, it's a good idea to onboard your employees right from the start. It's a step not to be taken lightly, for many reasons.

  • Understanding the QWC approach and its scope of action: not everyone is aware of it, and it's always better to understand its meaning before getting involved!
  • Employee benefits: to get your employees on board, it's important to show them the benefits they can expect!
  • Involvement in decision-making: Because this approach will be aimed at them first and foremost, the most important thing is to involve them from start to finish. Not only will they take part in the workshops set up, but they will also be involved in the decisions regarding the actions carried out.

Once you've defined your objectives and launched the process, we suggest you present the next steps and the whys and wherefores to all your colleagues.

Your Wellness Manager will help you raise awareness among your teams, so that you can support them in improving their quality of life at work.

And once everyone's on board, we move on to one of the most decisive phases: asking your employees about their needs.

On our platform, we offer you several questionnaires, based on scientific methods, to send to your employees. Global surveys, to get an overview of employees' perceptions of QWL, commitment and health at work, as well as one-off questionnaires to measure specific risks or themes in response to identified issues.

Short, anonymous questionnaires that identify your strengths and areas for improvement based on their answers.

To take things a step further, your employees can also use our app to answer questions about their mental, physical and relational health.

Analysis and reflection

Your employees have completed their questionnaires: you now have access to your overall QWL score, as well as a score by sub-dimensions: managerial practices, working conditions, social relations, work organization, work content, and development and equality.

These scores enable you toidentify, at a glance, the priority themes on which you need to take action.

For example, let's say your overall score is quite good. The thematic score, on the other hand, will give you enough detail to discover that, even if the level is correct almost everywhere, the organization of work has a great deal of room for improvement! We'll then be able to determine targeted actions that meet your employees' real needs.

This is precisely what your Wellness Manager will propose to you through an action plan.

That's right, we won't abandon you with these scores without solutions! With this, you'll be advised to set up training courses or workshops with our experts, as well as simple actions on your own.

Action and improvement

Now it's up to you! Now that you know what your employees really need, you've got all the tools you need to take action to improve their well-being at work.

On your Moha platform, you'll have an overview of all your completed, ongoing and upcoming actions, as well as dates to help you get organized.

However, you know as well as we do that well-being isn't just a one-off action. It's an ongoing process!

And our support doesn't stop there: regular meetings will be scheduled with your Wellness Manager to monitor the progress of your approach, interview your employees if necessary, and implement new actions. And who knows, you could even go so far as to obtain the Happeople label!
