Happeople, the new label for happy employees at work!

We've done it: our label, which recognizes the QVCT commitment of companies, has been created!

Well-being in the workplace has always been Moha's raison d'être. We help you take care of the health of your employees, and your company. But we've decided to go one step further this time, by creating a label! What's it for? To reward the steps taken by companies, and promote those that have a positive impact on people. Do you want to know more?

A story of ambition

Logo label Happeople

Just as many of us prefer organic or fair-trade food, more and more people are choosing companies that guarantee a good quality of life at work.

And with good reason! Far from being a mere fad of the moment, it's proof that the perception of work is in the throes of transformation. And the sooner companies realize this, the better their chances of adapting to this undeniable change.

We're convinced: employees should be able to choose their company according to the importance attached to their well-being. As we've seen with accounts like Balance ton Agency or Balance ta Start-up, there are still too many companies that look very appealing from the outside, but turn out to be real nightmares for their employees. And that should no longer exist.

Have you ever dreamed, when applying for a job, of having a clear indication of the company's quality of life? Now you can with our label!

And as a company, letting your future talent know that you're committed to well-being is a real recruiting asset.

The QVCT is now a fully-fledged part of the landscape, so what are we waiting for to bring it into the realm of labels? We've done it, with our Happeople label!

The Happeople label is the reward for genuine genuine social commitment commitment to enabling each and every one of our employees to enjoy a healthier life, thanks to their work! The future of health in the workplace, and more broadly of prevention in our societies, depends on the convictions and commitments of our leaders to the health of those who produce the world's wealth - human wealth. human wealth! - Valentin - Moha CEO

Promoting companies' global approach

When we talk about QVCT, we're talking about several initiatives, all part of a global and, above all, measurable approach. Because, yes, at Moha, data is serious business! And Sébastien, our Data Engineer, won't deny it: "Data played an essential role in the creation of our new QVCT label. It's what enabled us to objectively measure companies' performance in terms of well-being and quality of life at work." So, we could have been content to evaluate just one criterion, but where would the logic be in that? "We have developed a series of scores that enable us to measure company performance on key dimensions such as physical and mental health, social climate, work/life balance and professional development. These scores enable us to determine impartially whether a company meets the criteria to be awarded the label."How do we explain these scores?

Your QVCT strategy: we congratulate your actions

We highlight your action plan and all the initiatives you have put in place to improve the quality of life and working conditions of your teams. To give you an example: training managers in good management practices, drawing up the DUERP, preventing psycho-social risks...

The QVCT score: your approach as seen by your employees

All your actions have an impact on the well-being of your employees. So why not ask them too! This score enables us to see how your actions are perceived by your employees, and whether they contribute to improving the quality of life at work across all the dimensions that make it up: working conditions, social relations, managerial practices, development and equality, work content and work organization.

The employee experience: they're your first ambassadors

How likely do you think your employees are to recommend your company as a great place to work? That's the question we ask them to evaluate this criterion. It's called the eNPS (Employee Net Promotor Score), and it's a revealing indicator of their well-being within the company. Let's face it: your QWL actions obviously have something to do with it.

Your employees' well-being: health first and foremost

Yes, all the employees who make up your organization are human beings, with their own health! The way they feel, physically, mentally and in terms of relationships, also has an impact on your performance. For example, are they highly stressed, or too sedentary? These are factors which you, as a company, can also influence, by helping them to take care of their health.

Together we go further!

Our aim is not to give you a label, but to help you make sense of it. Changing the world (of work) is quite a project. So if we joined forces, we could go a lot further. That's the heart of our idea: we want to value the overall approach rather than just the result. Ophélie, Wellness Manager at Moha, puts it very well: "The Happeople label is a real compass, guiding companies towards more ethical and respectful practices". We'll help you put in place an action plan that suits you, your employees and your company.

There's no room for great washing, which consists in pretending that your company is a good place to live, when in fact it's quite the opposite. The Happeople label will be awarded to companies that really care about their employees.

"It's much more than just an image: not only do we question the company on its HR and management practices, but we also ask all employees to objectively assess how these practices are perceived. Much more than an evaluation, this label represents a concrete concrete commitment. Companies awarded the label undertake to draw up an action plan aligned with employees' needs, thus guaranteeing optimal working conditions and a positive impact on the company's overall performance".

It's a win-win situation, because healthy employees mean a healthy company!

Did all these words resonate with you as you read? Then you're ready to take action! So let's get started and discover our Happeople label.

And if you're already convinced: let's talk!
