How do you manage your QVCT approach?

We don't need to remind you that a good QWL approach is the undeniable future of the workplace. You know it: better talent retention, overall well-being, enhanced performance... It's everything you want, but you don't know how to go about it. How do you manage your QVCT approach? We'll show you how.

A QHCT approach needs to be prepared well in advance

We're sure you've come across this article for a reason. You'd like to take the plunge, but you're well aware that you can't just jump in without any preparation. So before getting started, we suggest you follow these steps.

QVCT awareness : essential for a good start

Have you ever thought it would be a good idea to become a Jivamukti Yoga teacher without knowing what it's all about? (Yes, it does exist).

In QVCT, it's the same thing: when you're starting out, the first thing to look for is what you're really talking about. Because even if you know the broad outlines of what it's all about, knowing a little more about the concept will help you a lot in the next steps.

A not-so-cartoonish example: offering after-work sessions every Thursday and fruit baskets every week is certainly well-intentioned, but the person behind these actions may think it's the height of a good QVCT approach!

Let's face it: we'd probably all have thought of that before wondering what the QVCT was all about.

So if you want your approach to be truly virtuous and full of meaning, we advise you to get trained, and become an expert on the term! We explain it all in our white paper, which takes you through QVCT from A to Z.

Define your objectives and budget

Great, you've read our white paper, and you've understood that QWL is above all global and structural. Beyond putting a smile on employees' faces from time to time, it addresses real corporate issues.

These include: training managers, managing conflicts, detecting and preventing risks, reducing absenteeism...

A good place to start is by asking yourself why. What are the company's current challenges, and what objectives do you want to achieve?

At Moha, we'll help you determine them during a briefing appointment to take stock of your situation. Let's talk about it together?

It's also an opportunity to take stock of the budget allocated to this process, so as to set the framework for what you can and can't put in place to get started.

Raising your employees' awareness of the benefits of the QVCT approach

If you'd like to launch an in-house initiative, that's great news. You know the benefits to be gained, as well as the objectives that the approach will enable you to achieve.

But you won't be the only one concerned: your employees will also be on the front line. And since they certainly won't have read our super white paper, a little summary wouldn't do them any harm.

To getyour staff involved in the process (because you'll need them!), get them on board with you from the outset, explaining what's at stake and the benefits they'll derive (better health, better working conditions...).

In fact, we give you all the tips you need to get your employees involved in your QVCT approach in our blog article.

Launching the QHCT process in the right way

Having prepared everything, the long-awaited moment arrives: it's time to get started! Once again, not just any old way. As you're sure to have gathered by now, improving your company's QWL over the long term means first taking stock of what already exists, and not launching any action without thinking it through first.

QVCT: Diagnosing the existing situation

Certain priority actions in one company may not have as much impact in another. The most important thing to get started is tolisten andadapt.

What is already in place in the company? How are managerial practices carried out within teams? Are there any charters to guide internal practices?

Knowing all this will already help you visualize what's done, and what needs to be done.

Assess your level of QWL free of charge in just a few questions, and take stock of your approach.

What's also important: ask the employees themselves! The actions implemented will most likely be addressed to them, as long as they meet their needs. To do this, you need to identify the relevant questions that will make it easy to pinpoint areas for improvement.

That's why Moha provides you with pre-designed questionnaires, based on scientific methods, to take the pulse of your business. Find out more about our support and our platform.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement

We've asked the questions, we've got the answers. What do we do now?

You're going to have to make do with long Excel spreadsheets, incomprehensible formulas and lots and lots of time, to be able to cross-reference the answers and bring out the salient points.

The aim: to determine the areas for improvement most identified by employees, but also the positive points of your approach. Anything goes.

To make your life easier, you'll find an analysis of your questionnaires directly on your platform, with scores for each dimension analyzed. You'll be able to identify, for example, that managerial practices need training to improve.

Easier than an Excel spreadsheet, don't you think? Get a free preview on our platform, or book a demo to discover all the features on offer.

Set up related actions to meet needs

If you've reached this stage independently, and have identified the areas for improvement in your QHCT approach, well done!

But that's just the beginning: something has to be done about this analysis!

Some actions will therefore involve drawing up charters, or adapting working hours. But some needs will inevitably requireexpert support.

As part of our support, we always propose actions to be implemented, in line with your company's defined needs. Moha is supported by a network of health and wellness experts who can offer training and workshops to help you move forward.

If, for example, you need to train your managers in constructive feedback, we advise you to call on qualified experts. Find out more about our QVCT interventions in our action catalog!

Evaluate the results, and keep going!

You thought you were done with these 4 letters? Well no, the QVCT is all year round!

After implementing actions to meet internal needs, always be sure to evaluate their impact afterwards. This will enable you to update your QVCT score, identify what's improving, and adapt your approach or your next actions.

It all takes a lot of time, but at Moha we love to get involved! To support you, we offer regular check-ups, so you can see where you stand, and get motivated together to take action on well-being in the workplace.
